STORE POLICIES

Below you will find our general store policies. Policies may change at any time and we make every effort to update our site with current information. Individual stores may have other policies in addition to those listed below. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact any store and ask to speak with a manager. PHYSICAL RETAIL STORES

• In order to be eligible for any return, exchange or credit, products must be in NEW, UNUSED condition and have original tags.
• You may return your item for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with original receipt.

    • Credit/Debit Card purchases will be returned to the original card (card must be present)
    • Check purchases will be issued as a company check within 10 days of return. Your original check must clear before we can issue a refund check.
    • Cash (under $25) will be refunded in cash.
    • Cash (over $25) will be issued as a company check within 10 days of return.
• Some items are excluded from our standard return policy as they are covered by our Joe Jones Performance Guarantee. These items include but are not limited to:
  • skis and ski bindings
  • snowboards and snowboard bindings
  • ski and snowboard boots
  • some bikes and kayaks
• Please ask a store manager for more information or details about the Performance Guarantee.
• ANY valid return not accompanied by a receipt will be issued as store credit.
• After 7 days, items may be exchanged only.
• After 30 days, items can be exchanged at the CURRENT sales floor price.
• FINAL SALES - No returns, exchanges, or credits:
  • All tent sale items
  • All Maine Ski and Snowboard Expo items
  • All merchandise marked 40% OFF or more
  • All bike shorts and swimsuits
